Our Commitment

SyncTrail wants this website to be usable by everyone, regardless of disability or assistive technology used. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA, the technical benchmark referenced by EN 301 549 and, through it, Germany's Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), Austria's Accessibility Act (BaFG), and Sweden's Act (2023:254) on the accessibility of certain products and services.

Conformance Status

In our own assessment, this website is largely consistent with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We have reviewed and adjusted colour contrast, implemented keyboard operability and focus management for dialogs, added clear error messaging to forms, and carried out both automated and manual checks. This assessment is a self-evaluation, not an external certification or formal third-party audit.

Scope

This statement covers only the marketing website at synctrail.io. It does not cover the SyncTrail application itself, used by therapists and families after sign-up, which is subject to its own, separate provisions.
