About the Founder
Martin Kaffanke
Psychologist & Family Therapist with 16+ years experience
Hi, I'm Martin Kaffanke.
For over 16 years, I've worked with families—six years doing intensive in-home family therapy in Austria, and another six years in child and adolescent psychiatry in Sweden. My background as a psychologist and family therapist means I know first-hand how important real connection is, especially when things get tough.
But my story started even earlier: as a teenager, I was already programming and even earned my first money with code. Technology has always fascinated me, and I've never really let it go—even while focusing on psychology, clinical work, and helping families.
Over the years, I searched for tools that truly connect therapists, kids, teens, and their families—tools that help build real bonds, which are essential for tackling the tough stuff. Most online solutions only work with parents or just with young people, but rarely with the whole family. That's the gap I want to close with SyncTrail.

Lead our growth strategy and help us reach therapists and institutions who can benefit from SyncTrail. Your expertise will be crucial in bringing our solution to the people who need it most.
